FAQ'S

Q. What steps do you take in an emergency?

We first give you (the client) a call to go over the situation and determine the best course of action. If we are unable to reach you and your pet needs medical attention, we will take them to the nearest vet or the one you specify, whichever is closer.

Q: How many dogs do you walk at any one time?

To guarantee their safety and that they receive the attention and affection that they deserve, Paws2ClawsUK limits the number of dogs that each team member walks in a group of dogs to a maximum of 4. Only when other Paws2ClawsUK team members join walks do we take more than four dogs  at a maximum of 6, ensuring that each dog is always receiving the affection and attention they need.

Q. If my dog doesn't get along with another dog, what happens?

We carefully choose which dogs will walk in groups, and if we notice an imbalance, we'll make the appropriate changes and let you know. All our dogs should all enjoy their walks, of course.

Q. I only require occasional walks for my dog, not every week or every day, can you help?

Yes. If we have time in our schedules, we would be pleased to offer our services whenever you need them. We advise you to offer as much advance notice as possible.

Q. Can you give my pet its medicine?

If you provide written instructions, Paws2ClawsUK  will be pleased to give your pet(s) its medication.

Q. Do you offer services for all types of dog breeds?

Each dog is evaluated on its own merits rather than the reputation of a particular breed. Before taking any dog on a walk, we get to know them, and every new dog has a trial period.

Q. Will you keep me informed while I'm away?

Of course, we will send photo updates along with an update on how they are doing and what they have been up to while you are away. As pet owners, we completely understand how it feels when leaving your furry family members. We also send updates with all our walks and drop-in visits these include photos, a walk map and brief update of the walk or drop-in.

Please get in touch if you have any questions that haven't been answered here. We Would be delighted to hear from you.
